Has anyone done a conversion of d20 to 5E? My main idea is to run traditional 5E classes with modern weapons in modern situations, but I think that some of the rules in the above books might be helpful (for example, MCWoD has rules for werewolf and vampire PC's) but may require a lot of conversion to make it useful. I have on my shelf three products which would seem to be useful and look like neat books, but all are written for d20.
